Henna powder has been known for centuries as a natural hair dye. Henna powder is made from the dried and pulverized leaves of the henna bush (Lawsonia Inermis), which is widespread in India, Asia and East Africa.
Henna does not penetrate the hair structure but surrounds the hair shaft. Even with frequent use, the hair does not become brittle or dull, but retains its fullness and shine.

Instructions: Place the Royal Henna Powder in a plastic bowl and mix with very hot (not boiling) water to make a paste. Now let the mixture cool down and apply.
The consistency of the paste should not be too liquid.
Dyeing hair with henna takes more time than chemical hair dyes, here it is often the case that the longer the exposure time, the more intensive the colour result.
With red henna powder, light red or orange shades can be achieved in medium blonde or light brown hair. Dark brown and black hair gets a beautiful, reddish shimmer.
The colour result depends very much on the original hair colour and the hair structure, therefore it is always advisable to dye a test strand beforehand. This is the best way to determine how long the exposure time for the desired color result must be.
